Buyers Looking for VALUES Deserve Great Representation
It seems that the home buyer of today in the Central Oregon Real Estate market wants to see a good value in what they buy and rightfully so. The market of a year or two ago was driven by the emotional side of buying – everyone just had to have that house. “Money was cheap” times were good and no one thought it would change.   The buyer has more choices today then they have had in over 20 years.  Finding a home is not the problem the problem is choosing the right home.  That is where an agent that is active in the market can help you.  Any real estate broker in Central Oregon can pull up a list of homes under $200,000 – how many of these same agents have been in any of these homes? Very few of the agents consistently participate in the REALTORS® tour, many of them have other jobs and seldom do they do any previewing of the homes currently on the market.  The buyer today is doing their homework and you buyers deserve an agent that knows the market, knows the homes in the market and can tell you about the local issues. A Great Laugh –
Yesterday was a tough day in Real Estate for me – it seemed that it was a NO day. Everything I did seemed to bring a no. Today when I opened my email – there were a few things that said YES – I love yes days – those are days when your efforts bring smiles, laughs and good things to you and your clients. This morning a client brought me the smiles – which has started my day in the yes mode. Bank Owned Homes & YOU!
Many buyers today think that the bank owned home is different than other listings.  That is true to some aspects but not the most important one.  As a buyer you deserve to have your own agent represent your needs in the transaction.  Bank owned homes are no different.  You do not have to use the listing agent, the listing agent is working for the bank and not you. There are a lot of factors you as a buyer should take into consideration when buying a bank owned home.  Make sure you are represented and have your own agent.  Because of the misnuderstanding from many buyers – I have become a “Bank Owned Buyer’s Represnentive.”
